Sunday morning runs are usually 10km but from various locations around Milton Keynes and the surrounding countryside. These runs can be longer depending on our members personal goals.

The MK Marathon (and Half) in 2 weeks time will start and finish at Stadium MK. There are new routes (again) – the marathon is roughly 2 laps of the half course; the first lap follows the half course and the second lap has a section which loops around the top of Willen Lake (to make up for not going into Central MK a second time).

New parking restrictions had been introduced. As I would prefer that no-one picks up a parking penalty we will meet at Ashlands and start and finish our run at the 12 mile point on the course rather than the actual start and finish at Stadium MK.

We will run approx 10 miles of the Half Marathon course – we will avoid the Central MK section.
