Our Wednesday night sessions cover approximately 10km – basic level 10 minute mile pace (6 mph). These sessions can be on and off road depending on the time of year. (Please note we are a small club and do not have the resources to teach people to run so all new members need to be able to meet this standard.)

This run is part of The Summer Series so will not meet at Shenley Leisure Centre.
