Wednesday 10k

Shenley Leisure Centre Shenley Leisure Centre

Our Wednesday night sessions cover approximately 10km – basic level 10 minute mile pace (6 mph). These sessions can be on and off road depending on the time of year. (Please note we are a small club and do not have the resources to teach people to run so all new members need to be able to meet this standard.)

Wednesday Intervals

Lasts about an hour and includes a warm up and a cool down with hard efforts in between.

Sunday Social 10k – Brickhill Woods

Sunday morning runs are 10km but from various locations around Milton Keynes and the surrounding countryside. These runs can be longer depending on our members personal goals.
